Born in China, Samuel Fang has been facilitating adoptions from
China since 1994 and is an adoptive father himself. He also has a
deep commitment to providing a hope and a future to orphans left
behind in China through the work of Living Hope International. He
lives in Pennsylvania with his family, and travels frequently to
China.
Dr. Bill Paul, Chairman
Bill Paul has served on the Board since the founding of LHAA. Dr.
Paul has a distinguished background in various fields - he served 20
years in the U.S. Navy, 12 years as staff Pastor and Executive Vice
President at Liberty University, six years as General Manager of The
Washington Times Corp., and several years as Plant Manager of a
large direct mail company. He has been a personal friend and mentor
of Samuel and Lily Fang for 29 years. He is currently retired and
lives in Arizona with his wife.
Dennis Gudz, Secretary
Dennis Gudz serves as the Board Secretary. He and his wife have six
children including two adopted brothers. After working as an
engineer and new services planner in the telecommunications field
for 37 years, Dennis worked in the public school system for 6 years
assisting children with special needs. He is now retired and lives
with his wife and one of his sons in New Jersey.
Dwain Gullion, Director
Dwain Gullion is an LHAA adoptive father. He is currently the
President of ABBA Fund, which provides interest-free covenant loans
to Christian couples for the purpose of adoption. He previously
worked in his family's retail Christian bookstore business and
founded a promotional products company. He lives in North Carolina
with his wife and three children.
Robin Horner, Director
Robin Horner is an LHAA adoptive father. He retired from Eastman
Chemical Company, Kingsport, TN where he worked as a manager. He is
the founder of STAR Ministries and lives in Tennessee with his
family.
