Living Hope International (LHI) is a sister agency of Living Hope Adoption Agency. LHI was established to help the many children in China who cannot be legally adopted because they have living relatives as well as children who have been left behind because they have some kind of physical disability.

LHI, which currently runs three children's homes, depends solely on donations from concerned and loving people. The children in our homes are drawn from various backgrounds. Some are brought to us by local churches because of the poverty-stricken lives they lead with aging grandparents or other relatives, and others are referred by government run orphanages which shelter foundlings. Still others, like those in our Beijing Orphan Training Center, are chosen because they have exceptionally tragic backgrounds and show promise. We strive to improve physical well-being, heal past emotional wounds, and educate and train them to lead productive lives as adults in their communities. We are working to offer both vocational training and college. We recently celebrated our first child's graduation from university. It is our hope that some of our young people will return to work with other orphans to complete the circle of healing.

We are thankful for each of our precious children who are living happier lives despite tragic and hopeless beginnings. Our goal is to give children a hope and a future.
